Data handling

No production database is connected to this application. Any registered users or submitted expenses are stored temporarily in server memory and reset when the application restarts.

Authentication

The login and registration flows simulate role-based access for employees and administrators. They are included to demonstrate navigation, page protection, and user journeys.

Prototype usage

This site should be used as a functional UI prototype for validation, presentation, and future implementation planning.
